SMS Terms

Program name: JLC Printing Order Texts.

Texts are sent by JLC Printing & Graphics Inc, 322 Jackson Ave, Bronx, NY 10454. Phone (718) 701-0462. Email sales@jlcprinting.com. Our texting number is (929) 604-8336.

We text customers only about their own quotes and orders:

• Quote, invoice and payment links
• Proof-ready notices (to review and approve your artwork)
• Order status updates
• Pickup-ready and delivery / shipping notices
• Replies to questions you send us

We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

You only get texts if you agree in one of these ways. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

a) Website checkout. At jlcprinting.com/checkout, under the phone field, an optional box starts unchecked: “Send me SMS order updates from JLC Printing & Graphics (optional)” with this text under it: “By checking this box and providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS order updates from JLC Printing & Graphics. Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.” You can order without checking it.

b) Accepting a quote online. The Accept screen of the quote link we email you has the same optional, unchecked box with the same wording, and you confirm the mobile number to text.

c) Texting us first. If you text our number (929) 604-8336, we reply to your conversation. Your first text gets one automatic reply: “Thank you for your message to JLC Printing! You are now subscribed to SMS order updates. Msg freq may vary. Std msg & data rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We will not share or sell your mobile information for marketing/promotional purposes.”

d) By phone or at our counter.Our staff (or our phone assistant) read: “By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS order updates from JLC Printing & Graphics. Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Is it OK for us to text you at [number]?” Only if you say yes, staff record your consent on your customer record in our point-of-sale system.

After you opt in by a), b) or d), our first text is this confirmation: “JLC Printing: You have agreed to receive SMS order updates from JLC Printing. Msg freq may vary. Std msg & data rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

Message frequency varies (usually 1-5 messages per order).

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP(or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any text to opt out. You will get one last text: “JLC Printing: you have been unsubscribed and will not receive more texts. Reply START to opt back in.” and no more texts after that. Reply START to opt back in.

Reply HELP for help: “JLC Printing & Graphics, 322 Jackson Ave Bronx NY 10454. Call (718) 701-0462 or email sales@jlcprinting.com. Reply STOP to opt out.”

We do not share, sell or rent your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
