How long production takes for each product, when the clock starts, and when your order is ready to ship or to pick up at our Bronx shop.
How it works
The turnaround rules
Business days only
Turnaround is counted in business days: Monday to Friday, not counting weekends or federal holidays.
2 PM ET cut-off
Approve your proof before 2 PM ET on a business day and that day counts as day one. After 2 PM ET, on a weekend or a holiday, the clock starts the next business day. A few products (like apparel) list an earlier cut-off on their page.
Starts after approval
Production starts once your artwork is ready and your proof is approved — not when the order is placed. Missing files or changes move the date.
Shipping is on top
Turnaround is production time only. Shipping or travel time to our shop for pickup is added after production ends.

When is my pickup order ready?
Pickup is free at 322 Jackson Ave, Bronx NY 10454, Monday to Friday. We email you as soon as your order is on our shelf — please wait for that email before coming in.
Made in our shop: ready the day production ends.
Made by our production partners: the partner ships on the last production day. From its New Jersey plant it reaches us about 1 business day later; from its other plants 2 to 6business days. We add 1 more business day to check and sort your order. Product pages, the cart and checkout show this as “Estimated ready for pickup: around …”.
All dates are estimates, not guarantees. If a date matters, call us before you order.
Holidays we don't count in 2026
Federal holidays are not business days — production and transit pause on these dates (observed dates shown).
